The Tate Futures Fund brings people together around a shared vision for a future that holds possibility for all, not just some. We believe leadership emerges not from privilege, but from opportunity, mentorship, and support. We make financial grants that enable access to transformative experiences that might otherwise remain out of reach – from educational programs and leadership training to community initiatives, athletics, travel, creative projects and more. Our efforts are strengthened through every positive relational connection we can make with and for emerging leaders. Every donation does more than provide financial assistance. It signals to young people of color that their leadership matters, their dreams are valid, and their potential is worth investing in.
