My experience of mothering has deepened the belief that creativity is essential to wellbeing and mind-body-spirit care is the greatest gift we can give ourselves and each other. Needless to say- easier said then done! I do my best to pay attention, and that motivates me to keep musing, mixing and making. My three living man children are my toughest critics, but they make my products (and me) better. And with their endorsement it feels sooooo good when I get it right.
